Magnolia Schools COVID-19 Information

Magnolia Schools COVID-19 Information

We are remaining in close contact with state agencies for guidance regarding COVID-19 and how we, as a district, should respond to ensure our students are kept healthy and safe.  We have been advised that our focus should be on keeping schools open unless there is a confirmed case of COVID-19 in our immediate area.  Any decision to close school based on COVID-19 will be with explicit guidance from the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Arkansas Department of Health.

The Arkansas Activities Association (AAA) has suspended all interscholastic competition starting Sunday, March 15, 2020 until Monday, March 30, 2020.  In addition, the district will suspend travel and activities which may not fall under AAA supervision.

We have provided documents with guidance concerning COVID-19 on our website.  For additional information, please visit

**Please Note: The decision to close school based on COVID-19 is not a local decision.
